I always receive professional, prompt and trusted service.

Our new furnace was not running properly and there was a hint of gas in our house. Ryan was there in 15 minute from when we placed the call. He spent 2 hours fixing the problem and kept us informed of what the problem was. Our furnace works great now.

Always do a fantastic job servicing my furnace and A /C. On time and thorough.

Great service.

Good job

Very pleasant and highly professional staff.

Thank you for being so responsive to my request for service when our furnace wasn't working during near-freezing temperatures. It was a simple fix, and your technician recommended we have a full season inspection of our system to keep it running smoothly.

ALWAYS A GOOD EXPERIENCE

Always feel confident with Ryan checking our system

Prompt service call...but zero feedback on what was found or any work/repair done. I still don’t know what was done if anything.

Really qualified and polite. We did have a minor issue with the new thermostat which was addressed quickly and resolved with a new one at our convenience. They took plenty of time to educate us on our new equipment so that we get the most out of our new unit. Very confident in there team.

Ryan has been out to check that our system is running properly and in good shape a 2 or 3 years now. Ryan has always been professional, pleasant, and helpful and able to explain the system. I trust Ryan to do a good job. P.s. my practice to to rarely give the highest rating. I do this for a couple of reasons: The highest ratings should be reserved for exceptional situations resolved; there should be room for everyone to improve in the ratings.

I only wish more people ran their businesses as these do. I have dealt with them for years now and highly recommend them. Good, honest, friendly people.

Ryan is always quick and efficient. He is easy going and my house can sometimes be a bit crazy so it’s nice Ryan can roll with it.

Thanks again to Krueger Heating / Air Conditioning for your excellent maintainance program. Your technician, Ryan Hilt recently completed our annual service and did an exceptional job. He is knowledgeable, highly skilled and always does first class work.
