A really great company who care about their customers

Ryan was polite, prompt, professional, efficient, and effective, in performing his duties on our geothermal. We have enjoyed the comfort and reasonable utility bills resulting from our choice of heating and cooling system Krueger installed for us years ago. Thank you to everyone for doing a wonderful job.

Ryan Hilt was able to determine & fix a difficult intermittent problem with our furnace. Very good & professional work. Always on time & we received a notice when he was on his way. I can't say enough about how excellent Kruger is. They are the one to call!

Everything was great. Complete check of furnaces. Great technician

Super job, on time , knowledgeable. Polite and helpful

Our furnace was operating erratically during the extreme cold weather and Krueger sent Ryan out the morning after I called. He diagnosed and solved the problem quickly. He is knowledgable, competent, and friendly. We appreciate such good service.

I have been so pleased with the service from Krueger. Every service man has been knowledgeable and pleasant. I have always felt that they really cared about the customer.Joshua was absolutely top rate. Thank you Krueger for taking care of my heating and cooling needs.

Best company in town as far as I’m concerned

We have had Kreuger do work for us before and they seem to be honest and professional and will tell you about things that are not necessary in order to help you make the right decision for you. Our service tech came in, got the job done with efficiency and didn't cost us an arm and a leg. Would choose Krueger a third time.

Fantastic service, on time, protected, thorough and courteous.

Good professional work Great experience

Very nice worker. Explained what was wrong well.

It's been some time since we had a regular seasonal check of our furnace. After needing a service call for a blown fuse (and no heat on a cold weekend), we scheduled a regular check and cleaning. Joshua was extremely thorough, showed us before and after photos of the furnace mechanism, and suggested steps we can take to keep our furnace working well longer. He is very pleasant, clean in appearance, and respectful of our home.
